Hurricane Information
A hurricane watch is the first official notice that a hurricane may threaten our area within 36 hours. If a hurricane warning is issued (a warning means that within 24 hours our area may be subject to a hurricane) it will be our policy to shut down, at minimum, the elevators and HVAC systems in the buildings effected by a warning within one or two hours of the issuance.
As of 8:15pm, Thursday, 7/22/10, Tropical Storm Warnings are in effect for all of Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. All properties located within these counties will be open during normal business hours. However, the weather can be unpredictable so in the event hurricane watches and/or warrnings are issued please see the above for our standard building procedures.
