Research Management Corporation was formed in 1976 and has been providing property management and asset management services to its private clients for more than 30 years. The company is owned and operated by Joy McKenna and Shari Porter. They share more than 40 years of real management experience in all types of commercial property. What We Do Best
Ms. Joy McKenna is the President of RMC and oversees the properties from initial due diligence and underwriting, through the purchase, budgeting, staffing, and day to day operations. Ms. Shari Porter is the Vice President of RMC and oversees all of the office administration, lease administration, and accounting functions for the portfolio. In addition Ms. Porter oversees the managers at each property and human resources.
We also provide leasing, brokerage, litigation support and long term capital planning.
